Automation of creating
and maintaining documentation
Documentation in infrastructure and security management, for formal reasons, is one of the most important areas.
We propose a solution that relieves SOC teams from maintaining always up-to-date infrastructure documentation – which is required by the Act on the National Cybersecurity System. The system is successfully used in Critical Infrastructure facilities of the country, where access to current documentation is a fundamental aspect of security. The system, based on data from the infrastructure, places information in the system database. The administrator (or authorized person) has access to always up-to-date information. On request, after pressing one button, the system generates the whole (or specified parts) to the format used in Microsoft Word.
Key Features
-
Scalability
-
Access via WWW
-
Graphical representation of the OT environment
-
Data export to popular formats
-
Export of diagrams to PDF in vector format. Scaling of drawings without loss of quality.
-
Integration directly with the OT environment
-
Integration with design processes
-
Available for Windows, Linux, MAC OS
-
Multi-user version
-
Floating licenses. The license is independent of the number of installed operator applications. The license does not depend on the number of objects in the OT infrastructure
-
Desktop or server version
-
Integration with any OT environment (when using manageable devices or infrastructure metering)
-
Integration with any monitoring system
-
Possibility to send logs to the SIEM system
-
Compact size of documents – a medium-sized conventional power plant (all OT network objects, along with the state of data exchange protocols), can be saved in a file occupying approximately 300 MB on the disk.
Minimum parameters of the operator station
-
CPU (processor) 4 cores (e.g. Intel i7)
-
RAM (operating memory): 8 GB
-
Disk space: 4 GB (the rest depends on the size of the documentation)
-
Graphics: Dedicated graphics card with 2 GB RAM
Recommended parameters of the operator station
-
CPU (processor) 6 cores (e.g. Intel i7)
-
RAM (operating memory): 32 GB
-
Disk space: 4 GB (the rest depends on the size of the documentation)
-
Graphics: Dedicated graphics card with 4 GB RAM
