DYNACON is a Polish manufacturer, engineering and development company specializing in OT and IT security.

DYNACON Sp. z o. o. is a Polish manufacturer of network communication and cybersecurity solutions. For over 20 years, we have been implementing innovative projects on a national scale, ensuring the stability and security of cyberspace for the industrial Operators of Essential Services and the Critical Infrastructure. We specialize in serving strategic customers from the energy, chemical and fuel sectors, and we operate in the food, pharmaceutical, automotive and water management sectors. We are a technology partner of global manufacturers of industrial automation, communication and security solutions.

• Since 2005, Dynacon has gained experience and implemented a number of OT and IT solutions in many companies and organizations in Poland.

• Since 2016, Dynacon products have been delivered to over 100 National Critical Infrastructure plants, ensuring communication and security of field-specific OT systems.

• Since 2019, we have been expanding our partner network to provide our clients with broad access to qualified specialists and engineers, as well as sales and service channels provided 24 hours a day.

DYNACON, as the first company in the field of communication and security of industrial OT control systems, participates in the Government Project of Building a Cybersecurity Certification System - we cooperate with the Institute of Telecommunications, ensuring that our products and services can be subjected to compliance assessment in the first Polish laboratory.

DYNACON's mission from the beginning of its operations has been to develop Polish technological thought, international partnership, and co-creation of best practices in industrial cybersecurity. We conduct specialized training, share knowledge at numerous industry events, and participate in legislative work as one of the first Polish private sector suppliers. We have a real impact on the Polish definition of security, we have won many awards and we stand out in Europe. DYNACON, as one of ten companies on the continent, was honored with the title of the best provider of cybersecurity solutions in 2023.

Founder and CEO of Dynacon Sp. z o. o. – one of the leaders on the industrial cybersecurity market in Poland.

Recognized expert in cybersecurity and industrial communications.

A graduate of Abertay Dundee University in Scotland, majoring in "Ethical Hacking & Computer Security" and numerous industry and international training courses.

Author of numerous solutions in the field of cybersecurity and communication technologies in industry.

Founder of the CSG Academy, examiner and lecturer. Member of numerous advisory groups and working teams for cybersecurity of public institutions, including the Government Plenipotentiary for Cybersecurity.

Originator and creator of the Clusters: "Industrial Cybersecurity of Energy" and "Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics".

Barbara Szymańska

Chief Technology Officer

She effectively manages a portfolio of projects in the industrial network industry, takes an active part in the processes of solving quality problems, and manages the technical department in the design and implementation of solutions. She has several years of experience in this industry.

Since 2016, President of the CSG Academy Foundation, whose mission is to spread technological knowledge and educate specialists. As an instructor, for 12 years he has been spreading knowledge and skills at all levels of digital technology, its security, data cybersecurity, data processing processes and systems, solution design, diagnostics and analytics in areas such as e.g. National Critical Infrastructure.

Graduate of Abertay University and the Opole University of Technology, MSc Ethical Hacking and Computer Security;

Certified Cisco Trainer and Trainer.

Network and Security Specialist / Network and Security Development Lead.
